ELECTRIC CHAIN HOISTS DMK SERIES

The electric chain hoist is a machine generally used to lift an unguided load by means of a hook or handling accessories suitable for the purpose. The hoist combined with an electric or manual trolley, which run on beam, ensures the integrated handling of lifting and horizontal movements of the load. The electric chain hoist and the trolleys can be fitted on a beam (monorails) or can constitute the lifting unit of other machines in which they have been incorporated, such as: jib crane, overhead travelling crane, etc. The electric chain hoist, positioned on a beam or at ground-level, can be used in different configurations in a fixed position.

ELECTRIC WIRE ROPE HOISTS DRH SERIES

The hoist combined with a trolley which runs on one or two beams also allows horizontal movements. All lifting (raise and lower) and traverse (right and left) movements are activated electrically and can be activated via a fixed pendant, a radio-control system or infra red.

The electric wire rope hoists and relevant trolleys, assembled on height, could equipped monorails on to be assembled to other equipements such as: bridge cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, ecc, single or double girder. The jib cranes, are designed to handle goods inside a plant, in alarge square or to serve operative positions.

The jib cranes have three functions: lifting a load vertically using the hook of the lifting unit, generally consisting of a DMK chain hoist or a DRH wire rope hoist; travel the load with the help of a hoistcarrying trolley, which run along the jib of the crane (with the exclusion of the crane with an articulated arm where the hoist normally does not run with the trolley because the hoist is fixed at the ends of the arm); rotating the load, around the connection axis of the arm, using a manual push action on the load itself or electrically by means of a motor reducer, using the circular area underneath it, bound by the rotation range of the arm.

DRIVE UNIT FOR CRANES

The drive units for cranes comprise DGT series wheel groups in combination with DGP series Offset geared motors, are built specifically for handling lifting systems on rails, such as, for example, travelling cranes, gantry cranes, wall-mounted cranes, etc. and/or related running trolleys, guaranteeing the precise alignment for moving structures, control over high shifting speeds, while facilitating installation and maintenance. The DGT series wheel groups and DGP series Offset geared motors are available in a wide range of capacities and speeds; they are highly reliable modular components capable of responding flexibly and efficiently to the needs for operating safety, cost efficiency and the rapid setup of drive units for cranes by manufacturers of machinery and industrial lifting and handling installations.

ENDCARRIAGES FOR BRIDGE CRANES

Donati endcarriages are designed for handling operations on rails on bridge cranes: at single or two running speed in single girder version with a capacity of up to 20,000 Kg and gauge of up to 25 m or in double girder version with capacity of up to 40,000 Kg and gauge of up to 27 m.
