JIB CRANES GBA-GBP-CBB-MBB-CBE-MBE-GBR SERIES
The Donati Jib cranes, manually or electrically rotated in column, or wall mounted models are designed to handle goods inside or outside a plant, ideal for assisting in the loading of machines or work benches. The hight quality level is guaranteed by a Quality System Certificate UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. The standard range includes handling loads up to 10000 kg. with arm lengths up to 10 mt. The Donati jib cranes are available in the following combinations :
|
GBA and GBP: |
“C” channel overbraced version , “H” overbraced version ,“T” underbraced version.
|
|
CBE and MBE: |
As GBA and GBP (version “T” and “H”) but with a motorized arm; designed for handling goods in areas which are difficult to reach and for heavy loads.
|
|
CBB and MBB: |
cranes with articulated arm; designed for the handling of goods inside a plant or a building where the presence of fixed obstacles would impede the free rotation in terms of the mobility of the arm when it is formed by one rigid element.
|
|
GBR: |
column jib cranes with electrically rotated arm - 360°, suitable to handle loads whose mass (high or bulky) does not allow manual handling. |
Manually rotated jib cranes GBA/GBP series
|
|
- Capacities from 125 kg. up to 2000 kg., jib arms from 2 mt. up to 8 mt.
- Rotation 300° for version GBA and rotation 270° for version GBP
- Rotating arm available in 3 versions :
- “C” version made using a special section track, made of folded sheet metal, inside which the hoist-carrying trolley runs. Max capacity 1000 kg. - arm lengths from 2 up to 7 mt.
- “T” underbraced version, made using a laminate T-beam form , without support bracing. The hoist-carrying trolley runs on the lower flange of the “T” beam. Max capacity 2000 kg. - arm lengths from 2 up to 5 mt.
- “H” version made using a H-beam section. The hoist-carrying trolley runs on the lower flange of the H-beam. The arm is fitted with one or two bracings to support the beam which connects it to the rotation tube. Max capacity 2000 kg. - arm lengths from 4 up to 8 mt.
- Painted with a base and top coat of yellow enamel, subject to preparation of the surfaces by metallic sandblasting. The drying in a oven concludes the cycle.
- Electric feed system with festooned cables and main/off switch on the column.
- Column Fixing system by using the foundation frame with log bolts inserted in a foundation plinth or by using a counterplate suitable for chemical bolts.
- Wall fixing system by using brackets and staybolts.

Electrically rotated jib cranes CBE/MBE series
|
|
- Capacities from 250 kg. up to 2000 kg., jib arms from 2 mt. up to 8 mt.
- Rotation 290°
- CBE column version and MBE wall version
- Rotating arm available in 2 versions :
- “T” underbraced version, to allow the optimal use of the available space at height
- “H” overbraced version for heavy duty and long arms.
- Rotation mechanism formed by a motor reducer fixed vertically in the lower part of the support bracket, made with a reducer of epicycloidal type, with gear in a permanent oil and self-braking conical brake motor.
- Variator of frequency (inverter) powered by alternate monophase power.
- Electric feed system with festooned cables and main/off switch on the column.
- On request electric feed system for control with independent push button panel.
- Painted with a base and top coat of yellow enamel, subject to preparation of the surfaces by metallic sandblasting. The drying in a oven concludes the cycle.
- Column Fixing system by using the foundation frame with log bolts inserted in a foundation plinth or by using a counterplate suitable for chemical bolts.
- Wall fixing system by using brackets and staybolts

|
- Capacities from 125 kg. up to 500 kg., jib arms from 2 mt. up to 7 mt.
- Rotation 360°
- Column version CBB and wall version MBB.
- Fitted with an arm made of two hinged “pantograph-shaped” segments which allow it to avoid fixed obstacles during rotation.
- The two semi-arms can be of different lengths and are able to rotate independently of each other.
- On the arm (S2) there is a stirrup for suspending a hoist.
- Electrical feed with round multipolar flexible cable inserted in a channel welded under the flange of the jib.
- Column Fixing system by using the foundation frame with log bolts inserted in a foundation plinth or by using a counterplate suitable for chemical bolts.
- Painted with a base and top coat of yellow enamel, subject to preparation of the surfaces by metallic sandblasting. The drying in a oven concludes the cycle.
- Wall fixing system by using brackets and staybolts.
